Assembly Weekend

We had the circuit assembly this weekend in San José where we met many other needgreaters and made new friends. The program was excellent as well, of course. I met some girls from Atlanta who want to come to Seattle to go geoduck hunting, a girl from New York who's staying up in the mountains near the hot springs, and a brother from England who's served as a missionary, special pioneer, circuit overseer and district overseer everywhere from Great Britain to India.

Breakfast Friday morning, we set out at about 7:30AM

Traveling the Pan-American Highway. A bit less glamorous than it sounds.

Me, Laura, and Keysha. Laura is 17, just graduated high school, and had a part on the program about her experience with auxiliary pioneering during the last memorial season. She lives with her two brothers who are in the Spanish congregation in Sámara.

The girls... and some boys. Left to right, back to front: Jill, Susie, Christine, Jodyne (Keysha's mom), Angie, Keysha, Spencer (Lindsay's dad), Jennifer, Paulina, Shandi, Laura, Chad, Eva, Charde, Lura, me
